Hi, I'm Jack Monger. I'm currently working as a Hosting Technician.

A little about me:

I'm a 24 year old Hosting Technician with just over a year's experience, working for a small MSP based in Surrey.

Having made the move from the Financial Services world, I've always been keen to work with computers properly and so joined Cloud2me in June 2023. Since then, thanks to a great team and a willingness to learn, I've come a long way and am much more comfortable with concepts that I was only briefly aware of as a hobbyist. As a Hosting Technician, I have to be a generalist so one ticket could be password resets, the next could be setting up an integration to our servers on behalf of our technical partners and then I could get a few 365 tasks thrown in for fun. Needless to say this is only the beginning and I have a long way yet, but my skillset is growing and that's thanks to being around great people.
