I'm Jack Monger — from financial services to MSP hosting to running the helpdesk. I ensure the gears keep turning, and the data keeps flowing, all while keeping the end users happy.
Four years of financial services, then the jump into IT.
After more than four years in financial services, I followed a lifelong passion for technology and made the jump into IT — joining Cloud2me, an MSP in Nutfield, Surrey, as a Hosting Technician in June 2023.
Life at an MSP made me a true generalist: one ticket might be a password reset, the next a server integration for a technical partner, with a few Microsoft 365 tasks thrown in for fun. That breadth — and a great team — turned an enthusiastic hobbyist into a confident professional.
Today I'm the Helpdesk Manager at Brymec, combining hands-on technical knowledge with the service mindset from my earlier career — keeping users happy, tickets moving and the business on the front foot when it comes to technical posture.
No job too big, no problem too hard.
